Gold Coast!

When we left for the Gold Coast, I had absolutely no idea what to expect, but Fingal was extremely pretty with soft white sand, sparkling blue water, and a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. It was a glorious hot sunny day and there was a clear blue sky. I was beside myself with excitement when we spotted not one but several pods of dolphins. Another ‘first’ for me. It was extraordinary, and I could not stop squealing with joy. When we saw a whale shortly after, I could not believe it, and was deliriously happy! It was an amazing experience, totally unexpected, free of charge, and a rare treat!

Can you spot the humpback whale?

Check out this short video clip. I spotted some dolphins too, another rare treat!
